Mission Statement

The Mission of the Francesville-Salem Township Public Library is to provide all residents or taxpayers with access to facilities, programs, materials and services, which can help enrich their lives by meeting the educational, intellectual, social, and recreational needs.

These library services include the collection and organizing of books, audio, and visual materials, computer-related technology, and other resources. To provide references and loan related services to library patrons is an essential part of the library’s services.

Vision Statement

The primary role of the Francesville-Salem Township Public Library is to serve as a center for recreational materials for children, young adults, and senior adults, as well as a study and resource center for all patrons.
